Services & Treatments
1. What services do you offer?
We provide comprehensive men’s health care online, including: ED treatment, hormone optimization, hair loss solutions, weight management, STD testing and treatment, acute and chronic men’s health, anti-aging therapies, at-home test kits, and support for depression and mental wellness.
2. Who are your providers?
All visits are conducted by licensed Nurse Practitioners (NPs) or MDs with practice licenses in Texas, Arizona, Florida, and Washington.
3. What conditions can you treat online?
We treat ED, low testosterone, hair loss, weight and metabolic issues, high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, mild infections, mood disorders, and preventive care.
4. Are all services 100% online?
Yes, all consultations and follow-ups are telehealth-based. Some prescriptions may require lab work or in-person pharmacy pickup depending on local regulations.
5. Do you offer at-home testing?
Yes, at-home kits are available for sexual health, hormone panels, metabolic labs, micronutrient tests, and general wellness.
6. How is ED treated online?
Through confidential evaluation, we prescribe FDA-approved ED medications (Sildenafil, Tadalafil, Vardenafil) and provide guidance on lifestyle, hormone optimization, and sexual health coaching.
7. What hair loss treatments are available?
We offer online prescriptions for finasteride, minoxidil, or combination therapies, tailored to your specific hair loss type and severity.
8. What hormone treatments can be prescribed online?
We prescribe Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) via gels, creams, or patches (with remote monitoring where permitted), as well as medications that stimulate natural testosterone production like Clomiphene and Enclomiphene.
9. What weight management therapies do you offer?
We offer GLP-1 medications (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide), appetite suppressants (Phentermine, Naltrexone/Bupropion), vitamin and metabolic injections (B12, MIC), and lifestyle guidance.
10. Can I get anti-aging treatments online?
Yes, including hormone optimization, vitamin and metabolic support (B12, MIC, Vitamin D, Omega-3, NAD+), and lifestyle guidance for energy and wellness.
Appointments & Booking
11. When are appointments available?
We are open Monday – Saturday from 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Our hours are specifically designed for busy men who need care after work.
12. How do I book as a non-member?
Simply use our online calendar to select a date and time that fits your schedule. You will pay the consult fee upfront ($69 one-off payment) and receive a secure telehealth link.
13. How do I book as a member?
Members receive priority booking. Email your preferred service, date, and time to appointments@axonmenshealth.com. Our staff will verify your membership and confirm your consult without additional payment.
14. Can I book multiple appointments in advance?
Yes, both members and non-members can schedule appointments in advance, subject to availability. Members’ included consults must be confirmed before booking additional appointments.
15. What is the cancellation policy?
- Non-Members: Cancel ≥24 hrs in advance = no fee. Cancel less than 24 hrs = $25 fee or full consult fee.
- Members: Cancel ≥24 hrs = no effect on included consults. Cancel less than 24 hrs or no-show = one consult deducted from your monthly allowance.
Membership & Pricing
16. What are the membership plans?
- Silver ($49/mo): 1 consult/month.
- Gold ($79/mo): 2 consults/month + 1 annual lab panel (CBC, cholesterol, HbA1c).
- Platinum ($150/mo): 3–4 consults/month + 1 annual lab panel + testosterone panel.
17. Is there a membership commitment?
Yes, there is a minimum 1-year commitment for all membership plans. Early termination requires payment of a cancellation fee equal to two months of your plan fee.
18. What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all major Credit/Debit cards and PayPal for non-member visits. Member consults are included in the monthly plan fee.
19. Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Yes, membership changes can be made monthly but are subject to verification of remaining included consults and billing adjustments.
20. Are the services private and confidential?
Yes, absolutely. All visits are secure, HIPAA-compliant, private, and discreet. We prioritize your privacy in every interaction.
